Feathers and Stars emerged from Berlin in 2012, a compelling duo formed by Kenneth Estrada y Santiago (bass, guitar, vocals) and Milan McPherson (drums). United by a desire to explore new creative terrain and reconcile their contrasting musical roots, the two musicians forged a sound that defies easy categorization.

Their debut performance came in the spring of 2013 during the preliminary round of the Europe-wide newcomer competition Local Heroes—where their raw, minimalist intensity earned them first prize. By autumn of the same year, they had released their debut EP One Moment in Madness, a seven-track exploration of sonic extremes, accompanied by a music video for their single 'Auld Lang Syne'.

The music of Feathers and Stars is a collision of force and atmosphere—loud, intricate, and emotionally charged. It channels the brooding weight and melodic dissonance of Deftones, while drawing on the gritty, unpolished energy of stoner rock icons like Fu Manchu.
